Roller conveyors are useful in close transport. The can be configurated by adjusting different angles ang height and link to other conveyors.

The possibility of attaching the engine to enable the controlled rotation of the rollers is a good advantage and it is easy to install additional devices such as side bands, end stops, adjustable supports. They can work with other production lines (conveyors) elevators, turntables, lifting tables and buffers.

The system of side supporting profiles (the frame structure) provides an easy and simple way to make the assembly and disassembly of individual rollers without having to dismantle the whole structure.

They can be useful in transporting details of small dimensions and flat contact surface and also for large conveyors to transport products of more regular shapes, e.g. pallets, chests, bags, boxes, containers and other items of big dimensions and weight. Their load capacity can be expressed in a range from a few kilograms up to several tonnes. In terms of the manner of putting the load in motion, we divide conveyors into: gravitational and driven.

Depending on the purpose of the conveyor (transported product) and the direction of work (in a straight line or with bends) rollers can be made of: plastic, black steel, galvanised or stainless steel, aluminium, steel with rubber or PVC, accumulative, conical rollers.

Rollers with motors can be used in the driven conveyors. Furthermore, in driven conveyors, the drive may be transmitted by a chain, a polycord belt (round), a flat or toothed belt. The construction can be made of aluminium, powder-coated steel or acid resistant steel.
