Processing and casting

Plastic production is performed using casting techniques with implementation of innovative solutions and various types of molds. These materials are produced using clear polymers or their mixings. Parts processing consists of cutting, embossing and many other activities that shape the product.

We provide materials in forms of semi-finished products of panels, rollers, pipes and thimbles.

PE polietylen

Polyethylene is a material of high polymerisation, resistance to acids, alkalis and salts and many other chemicals and organic compounds. It has many important technical characteristics causing possibilities to use the material in machines constructing and many industries. Because of PE gliding characteristics it has also high abrasion resistance. This material is very resistant to corrosion what makes life cycle of components longer with no maintenance necessary.

USE: guides and slide profiles, chute linings, guides for chains

PE 1000 (colours: green, black, natural, yellow, red, blue, brown)

Type of polyethylene characterised with gliding properties. It is very resistant to abrasion and a low friction coefficient- it is used to produce profiles and gliding components. In direct contact with objects it does not scratch their surface.  Average modular weight: 4.500.000-9.000.000 g/mol due to which the material is very resistant to wear.

PE UHMW + MoS2 (Polyethylene 1000 with MoS2 – black)

Processed basic PE 1000. Even supplying polyethylene with MoS2 lubricant makes the friction coefficient lower and the abrasion resistance higher.

PE UHMW AST (Polyethylene 1000 Antistatic – black)

Processed basic PE 1000. Antistatic material produced for high-efficient production and transport lines with PZH attestation which permits for direct contact with food.

PE UHMW BOR5 / BOR2 (Polyethylene 1000-white)

PE 1000 filled with BOR of 2-5% of the composition. The material used in medical technique and in chemical synthesis processes

PE UHMW R (Polyethylene 1000 Regrind – black, green)

The material is based on clear PE 1000+ additive of a regrind of re-processed PE 1000.

PE UHMW R AST (Polyethylene 1000 Antistatic regrind-black)

Processed type of a basic PE 1000 R, antistatic, for high-efficient production and transport lines with PZH attestation.

PE 500 (black, natural, red, brown, white, yellow, blue)

The type of polyethylene characterised with low abrasive resistance. This material is very popular in non-mechanical machines and devices components, tops of butchery tables and slaughtering blocks. It is easy to process what causes its wide range of uses, for example, in water. Its price is lower in comparison to PE 1000, so it is often used as PE 500 substitute.

PE HMW Confetti (Polyethylene 500 Confetti – multi-colour )

The type of PE 500 is very economical and used in cases when the material colour is not very important

The type of PE 500, very economical, created on the base of clear materials and additives of re-processed plastics.

PE HMW BOR 5/BOR 2 (Polyethylene 500-natural colour)

The type of PE 500 including BOR.

PE HD (Polyethylene 300 – black, natural)

PE 300

The type of polyethylene with high chemical resistance and low mechanical resistance. It is used to fulfilling and to produce not very important construction components, used in production of linings and tank housings. Perfect to weld.

PA Poliamid

It is a very common and popular structure material. Easy for machining, characterised by good mechanical properties and reasonable prices.

PA6.6 (embossed Polyamide – natural colour)

This is a material whose mechanical resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance are much higher in comparison with basic PA6. Because of higher material durability the ability to damper vibrations is lower.

PA6.6 GF30 (embossed polyamide filled with glass fiber- black)

This is a material filled with in 30% of its volume. In comparison to a standard type of PA6 it is characterised by better dimensional stability, higher stiffness, higher creep strength, higher mechanical resistance.

PA6-G (cast polyamide)

This is the second most popular construction material, next to PA6. High machinability, very good mechanical properties and reasonable prices. It is often used as a material for producing heavy-duty machine components- is harder than PA6.

PA-G + Oil (cast polyamide filled with a lubricate – green, black, blue, red, yellow)

It is used to produce movable machine components that do not need lubrication. Applicable lubricants (mineral oil or grease – colour choose) make high decreasing of the friction coefficient in comparison to the standard form of PA6. Enhanced resistance to abrasion – the material is mostly used in slide bearings, pulleys, gears and sprockets, slide linings, bearing shells, drag chains.

PP Polipropylen

Polypropylene (grey and natural colour) has higher stiffness and chemical resistance in comparison to polyethylene. This material is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, alcohol, oils, grease, ketones, esters, salt solutions- due to that it is used as anti-corrosion material.

POM Poliacetal

POM C (Polyacetal Copolymer- natural and black colour)

Polyacetals are polymers whose chains include mostly acetals (-O-C-O-). They are formed in aldehyde polymerisation processes. They are used in the following industries: food, processing, agricultural, chemical and machines industry. Polyacetals are characterised by very low humidity absorption, very high chemical resistance and high dimensional stability. POM C is more resistant to strong alkalis, thermal and oxidation degradation and hydrolysis.

POM-H (Poliacetal Hopolimer – black)

This material is characterised by higher mechanical resistance, resistance to abrasion and creep.

PTFE

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene- natural colour)

This material is characterised by very high mechanical resistance, extremely low friction coefficient and wide range of work temperatures.

CHARACTERISTICS:

  •          Wide range of work temperatures – from below -200o C up to + 260o C

PET Politereftalan etylenu

PET (Polyethylene terephthalate Copolymer- natural and black colour)

Universal structure material with both characteristics of PA 6 and POM: dimensional stability and high stiffness, high chemical resistance and low friction coefficient. The material is used in production of precise structural parts. The parts are heavy-duty and they do not demand any external lubrication in the humid environment or they work in the environment of low thermal expansion indicator.

  •          Elements working in acid or alkaline environment

  •          Guide rails and guides
  •          Highly loaded rolling and sliding elements

CHARACTERISTICS:

  •          Very high chemical resistance (higher than POM and PA6)
  •          Good machinering properties
  •          Low friction coefficient
  •          Low coefficient of linear expansion
  •          Good ductility
  •          High dimensional stability (better than in polyacetal)
  •          Physiological safety
  •          Low resilience (lower that resilience of POM and PA6)

PC polycarbonate

PC- solid polycarbonate

This material is fully transparent and its main property is high abrasion resistance. In comparison to PMMA, PC is more resilient and 200 times more resistant to mechanical shock if compare it to glass. At the temperature from -40 to 120 C high resilience does not change.

Characteristic properties for polycarbonate are: durability and resistance to UV, high flexibility. The material has good machining properties and can be thermally formed due to which it is used in building and machine industry.

Polycarbonate can be found in brackets of access door, elements of greenhouse, transparent components of machines and devices, roofing.

PC- Multi-chamber polycarbonate (wall)

The base for panels is polycarbonate resin. Panels have many attestations and technical approvals, are secured against UV. Material does not turn yellow and does not wear fast, is resistant to atmospheric conditions – panels transmit light and can be bent cold. Mounting spaces for panels made of PC are vertical glazing in building industry, smoke dampers- flat and curved, glazing systems for conservatories, roof covering and roof skylights.

PMMA Plexy

PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate)

Its common name is PLEXY(PLEXI)- it is a stiff, transparent and thermoplastic material.  Panels are always clear and extremely transparent. Due to these properties panels can be dyed in various colours- the range of colours has almost no limits and colours allow light through and diffuse it.

PMMA panels can be treated mechanically and shaped on industrial scale as well as for artistic purposes. The mentioned characteristics make a high position of PMMA among plastic materials.

PEEK Polieteroeteroketon

PEEK ( Polieteroeteroketon-kolor czarny,brązowy)

To zaawansowany materiał, który charakteryzuje się bardzo wysokimi właściwościami mechanicznymi, wysoką odpornością chemiczną i cieplną. Szczególne połączenie tych właściwości powoduje, że tworzywo to nie ma zamienników w dużej ilości konstrukcjach mechanicznych. Istnieje możliwość sterylizowania go parą wodną, promieniowaniem gamma oraz tlenkiem etylenu. Surowiec, który jest używany do produkcji PEEK spełnia wszystkie wymagania, które stawia europejskie oraz północnoamerykańskie zarządzenia bezpośredniego kontaktu z żywnością. To sprawia, że tworzywo to jest często wykorzystywane w przemyśle spożywczym oraz farmaceutycznym a także w laboratoriach.

PVDF Polifluorek winylidenu

PVDF (vinylidene polyfluoride- natural and brown colour)

A fluoride material (in many cases called crystalline PTFE) characterised by good mechanical properties and high chemical resistance. Used in industries like: chemical, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical and metallurgy.

Material produced by pressing at high temperature layers of cotton fabrics saturated with phenol resin

  •          Quite high chemical resistance

  •          Very good dielectric properties

PUR Polyurethane

PUR (polyurethane)

Polyurethane elastomer are rubber-like materials with high exploitation potential.  Their characteristics allow for wide shaping what makes them very universal. Polyurethanes have wide range of hardness with high level of flexibility. High chemical resistance and good mechanical properties make this material replace more traditional materials like metals or ceramics or rubber.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES POYURETHANE AMONG OTHER ELASTOMERS:

  •          Tear strength and tensile strength
  •          Excellent vibration damping
  •          Resistant to many types of harsh environment (solvents and acids)
  •          Almost perfect resistance to abrasion, higher than resistance of rubber or hard alloys

Polyurethanes are used as flexible machine components (press buffers, couplings, wheel treads, vibration-damping pads). Operational temperature of PUR is up to +80oC in the environment with pH 5-12 and resistant to: petrol, sulfuric acid, salt water, oils, grease and solvents.

The material is resistant to wear, has self-extinguishing and electroinsulation properties and  hardness is between 35-98 ShA

PVC polyvinyl chloride

PVC (polyvinyl chloride- grey, black, transparent, red, natural)
